Before You Book
You love the homes, but you have some commonly asked questions before you book!
We have all the answers:
Do you have a minimum night stay?
Two night minimums are required during regular season, and increase based on holidays.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately our property does not allow pets
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 48 hours to cancel your reservation after making it. Anything after 48 hours is charged 50% of the reservation. The week of the reservation you will be charged the entire amount.
Do we get discounts if we book multiple homes? Or if we are having a wedding with you?
If you book 6 or more units you qualify for our Group Booking and can reach out on the group booking tab or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, all group bookings must be on one master card.
What is the cleaning fee and resort fee?
$300 plus tax and a resort fee of $100 that covers the pool access, internet, etc.
Will we have access to the recreation center?
Yes you will have access to our pool, hot tub, workout facility and club house. Guests staying at other properties will not be able to join you. Guests listed on your manifest will be checked in, guests from other homes unfortunately wont be. This will help keep our pools from over crowding and keep the experience exclusive. We wont be selling guest passes at this time.
What are quiet hours?
All of Suncadia requires music and noise to move inside by 10pm. Any fines accrued for noise, etc. will be charged back to guests.
Are we able to host parties in the homes?
We have access to wonderful private space in Swiftwater Cellars and or the club house. Parties and gatherings in the homes are not permitted.
Will we receive discounts or reserved seats at Swiftwater Cellars?
While we would love to make your experience wonderful, we ask that you work with us to get reservations prior to your stay. During high season, spaces in all the restaurants are limited. Discounts unfortunately wont apply.
